"Great experience in customer service"

"This was our first stay here and it was very good! The breakfast was decent and well maintained. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. I'm still a bit shocked by the price of rooms per night and add on fees, but I realize this seems to be normal now up and down the North Shore. But it's apparent this property is trying to draw in more kids and families here offering family fun things to do and that is appreciated. We stayed here because it was close to our hiking plans. "Perfect cozy place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet spot near all the great places in the Lake Superior area. After spending the day exploring and being around people, it was wonderful to come back to a peaceful space and unwind. And if you love morning walks, this is the perfect place for that too!” 🌲🌊☀️"

" We stayed in a Suite with balcony at The Grand Superior Lodge for two nights - and could have spent longer. Perfect for relaxing on Lake Superior. We could have used laundry facilities, but the hotel referred to the town nearby, Two Harbour."

"Exceptional North Shore vacation! My family vacations somewhere on the North Shore every year and this has been our favorite cabin! Location and views were spectacular! Thank you for providing such a fabulous cabin! Our family made such great memories"

"Loved the Sauna and camp fire areas."

"Enjoyable stay, convenient location"

"Amazing location and exactly as advertised. Easy check in and out and wonderful, clear communication from the host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful weekend! "

"Property was unique and cool. Staff was unfriendly and had us waiting 40 mins past our check in time to get into the room. TVs are old school and the beds were squeaky as ever, hard, and you could feel the springs in your back. Restaurant at the resort was really the only good part."

"It was a very nice place to stay."
