"Cold pool. In a room down the street so not easy to use the pool and hotel amenities. Service very poor, dirty mugs at breakfast. No WiFi that worked in the room."

"Tæt på heathrow uden lar"

"Lovely hotel. Check in and out online was straight forward and quick. Room was well equipped, quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only slight complaint which is not related to hotel itself was the hotel Hoppa to terminal 5 was very unreliable. It did not turn up when due and I waited for nearly 1 hour and it still did not arrive despite staff calling them to chase up bus. Ended up having to pay taxi fee to terminal 5 last minute and paying £25. Would highly recommend hotel just...

"Glimrende hotel. Morgenmaden er i orden, men temmelig ordinær."

"Better than most LHR hotels. Cheerful check-in staff, uncrowded breakfast, great room (though I got a complimentary upgrade, so no idea about standard rooms). Will use again."

"El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación ya que el metro está a escasos 200 metros, cuenta con lugares donde comer cerca, el personal de recepción es muy amable, el único detalle quizá sería el tamaño de la habitación pero si la ocupas para dormir es una opción excelente"
