"We stayed here Saturday June 13th. Unfortunately there is a “culture “ of entitlement developing at this particular location. The bar and wait staff on the 9th floor lounge and the main floor bar treat the patrons with blatant disregard. We arrived late in the evening around 9:15 and went to the 9th floor lounge around 9:30 and were told they closed in 15 minutes so no food service. Then we went to the main floor bar where we learned there is no wait staff, which is fine but where to stand at...

"due to power outage lasting the better part of the day, we left one day early as we did not care to stay in a room without any power. also water was coming in thru the patio door and many many towels had to be used so as not to flood the room. had to carry down bags 4 flights of scary dark stairs. hotel refused to give us a room credit that we had already paid for to use to future stay or money credit.

And the elevators were kind of worrisome with how much they shook. Overall great trip. Would definitely look into staying there again once construction is finished."

"The room was clean and very large. Bed was comfy and there were black out shades that were amazing. Balcony had a view of the ocean although there were several powerlines in that view. We still Conveniently located to Pleasure Pier. The only issues we had was that parking was scarce and they are stingy with the towels. We had 2 towels and 1 hand towel for our visit with no washcloths."

"Everything was great except for the fact that we were put in an ADA room unexpectedly, and the walk-in shower, which had no door or curtain, did not drain well and somewhat flooded the bathroom, even after a short shower. This really needs to be addressed and solved ASAP."
