"This is a brand new property and I loved tge rooftop pool. The gym gets a little crowded in the morning but I managed a good workout. There is 24 supermarket 1 block away and several dining options. I was in room 902 with solid exposed concret walls that were very silent. Only thing missing was a coffee maker in the room. Except for that I loved everything."

No problem finding staff around when you need something (except in the middle of the night there is only a night watch person but no supplies or drinks or anything). This section of the beach is nice as well because it is pretty centrally located yet not as raucous as some other areas either with families during the day or parties at night."

The only downside was that the ocean tide was high and there was no beach area in front of the property.. I would recommend traveling there March -October to have a good beachfront!
