The food sometimes took quite long to arrive. Furthermore, it would have been nice to offer some complementary water or larger bottles at a cheaper price than 10,000 pesos for 0,50 liters. "

Her care and hospitality is unrivalled - she helped us (family of 5 with 3 kids aged 14, 13 and 11) with transportation both to and from the hotel, and really cared about us.
