–Location–
• The Forest Lakes community is 8 miles North of Bayfield, and 8 miles South of Lake Vallecito Recreation Area. Forest Lakes also has a playground and neighborhood lake for fishing - Lake Simpatico - with a walking trail around the lake. This home is approximately 20 miles from downtown Durango, 15 miles from Sky Ute Casino, and 50 miles from Pagosa Springs. There is plenty of dining, unique shops, and outdoor recreation in the surrounding area.

• Parking for 2 vehicles
• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense

PETS: This home is pet friendly! We allow up to 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Pets must be crated if they are left home alone. Guests are expected to pick up after their pet and keep them leashed.

VRC Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
