"There was a smell in the room that smelled like. A. Open swege pipe thats not been plugged. B. Fish 3 days old. They can not fix it. It stayed with us for 3 days during our stay. Its obvious they tried to mask it on 1 day with air freshners. I recommend avoiding if you can."

"Very elegant and clean rooms. The pools are humungous and can accommodate probably 100 adults and 50 kids at a time. Very good staff with Donald, Rochelle and MJ with the restaurant people. I came back and booked for my family this time. Excellent stay and experience :)"

"As a family of 4, we stayed in Azalea for 3 days/2 nights. Checking in was smooth, staff are responsive with our needs. Breakfast buffet was OK. Our daughter got sick and cannot make it to the dining area the first morning and we requested if we can instead pack some food for her from the buffet. ..."

"The room was as advertised. Clean, spacious, with a kitchen. The problem is the security guards (very unprofessional, and rude). Upon arrival we approached the security desk to inquire about the check in procedures. We were rudely demanded to present our booking. Unfortunately my phone was not working ..."
