Unfortunately the hot water could not reach the 19th floor where I was allocated. Was notified of a refurbishment being undertaken after I accepted a booking which meant lower floors were unavailable.

Shalomrav, my wife and I are staying at your hotel from June 4th to June 9th. We arrived at the hotel and were given a very shabby corner room in the ceiling, there was a hole in the bathroom, and moisture from my time with an employee, which required us to contact you with room number 1212. Then we were given another room, 414, which in our opinion is disrespectful to Sartu Hotel, the phone in the room did not work on the first day, there was no room service , and there was no mini bar and no refrigerator, the curtains were torn, we went to the reception again and we were indeed sent a refrigerator that was dirty from the inside, without the contents of the mini bar, but the phone had not been repaired until this moment so that in every way we had to go down and of course we could not order new services, whenever it was necessary To contact you, we had to go up and down and wait in line for reception, it was simply not convenient. We are regular guests of the hotel and have stayed on several occasions and this is our favorite hotel in Batumi, despite the high price we always knew we would get value for money, unfortunately this time we were very disappointed and in my opinion we did not get value for the money paid, Sheraton hotels are known for their level of service and quality, so the disappointment is very big. Just to clarify Despite our requests, no action was taken and the feeling was that there was disrespect on your part.

The suite looks nothing like the pictures, the furniture is overused. The bathroom is very small, the bath top is super dirty with sticky material on the floor ( house keeeping tried to clean it, they couldn’t) You have to call each day for complementaries of the toilet, I had to buy my tooth brush and paste. Their English is very poor, they took my bed cover and they didn’t return it, I called the reception many times each time they get me something wrong a blanket, bed sheets. The supervisor of house keeping had to come herself with a mad face to see what do we want. Staff not all friendly. No coffee maker Literally my wort experience ever :)

Let us clarify your remark regarding the bathtub, it is covered with an anti-slip transparent mat designed to prevent slips or to be resistant to slipping in the bathtub, we ensure you that the mat is definitely not dirty as it is thoroughly cleaned between guests and it should be slightly sticky as has an anti-slip purpose. However, we are certainly disappointed with ourselves for other remarks you have mentioned in your review and sincerely apologize for the inconveniences that took place during your visit, particularly with the attitude of our housekeeping associate and delays in delivery of bath amenities. This does not reflect our usual prompt, genuine, and friendly service style, and would like to thank you for bringing those issues to our attention. Feedback such as yours helps us a lot in identifying areas of improvement and making an action plan in order to avoid the re-occurrence of the same issues in the future. not 5 star Hotel
AC system was not working at all , it was very hot … I contacted front desk many time they promised me to come and check with no show .. finally I found that the Hotel AC system is broken and they trying to fix. also bathroom maintains not so good licking water inside the room after shower general furniture is so so condition , do not expect fine 5 star hotel location was really good and the restaurant sky bar is amazing .

Отличный отель!На мой взгляд,самый оптимальный в Батуми!Спальные принадлежности матрас,подушки,постельное белье качество стандарта Шератон.Хороший SPA большой бассейн,банная зона все понравилось!Прекрасный вид из ресторана на 20 м этаже.Хорошие разнообразные завтраки,насчёт смены меню не комментирую,жили всего два дня.В целом остались довольны!Всем хорошего отдыха!
