"Normally I am VERY critical and I will try and try and try to find something that could knock a hotel down a star or two. (to help hotels better themselves) In this case... there's nothing... like... Very friendly staff, very helpful staff, very good service (I had room cleaning done at all hours) they helped me with various things and also train time tables. Concierge call a Grab for you. The placement of the hotel is good, very close to Ampang Park metro station and walking distance to KLCC. Yeah wow. Very nice. If I need to put one TINY thing it's that the elevator needed to scan card for lobby sometimes and sometimes it didn't, so if you are not ready you can drive very far in the elevator. Haha. Perfect 10/10 hotel. "

The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of major attractions like Pavilion Mall and the Petronas Towers. Our room had a few minor issues, but they were addressed immediately upon request, showing the hotel's commitment to excellent service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend EQ Kuala Lumpur!"

"Upon arrival, I was charged 555 MYR as a deposit. They told me I would get the money back after 10 working days, but now, several months later, I can’t get in touch with them at all. I have written to them in several places without any response. They claim it’s due to an error in my bank that the money hasn’t shown up. I have spoken with my bank, and they say that is not true. DO NOT BOOK a stay here. You have no idea how much money they will charge you."
