"First and foremost let’s start with Expedia. When booking a room Expedia give you the option to pay now or at the desk. So I ask to pay at desk when I arrived. I arrived to the hotel and they told me that the room was cancelled because they withdraw the money out and it didn’t go through. I told the clerk that I arranged to pay at the desk when not arrive but Expedia tried to withdraw before that. So I had to re-book at the hotel which cost me more money. "Overall was good"

"Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. The place was undergoing reno work, so there were some minor plumbing issues. The pool was closed. I did not know that would be the case when I booked. Breakfast buffet was nice, but nothing special…basic waffle maker, egg/biscuit/meat offering you’d get pretty much anywhere. Maybe because of the renos they didn’t have enough guests to do a full buffet ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ "

"Staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable, but it’s not a good experience. The hallways smell like pot, the AC unit was so loud that I could not hear the TV even when turned up all the way. The wall thermostat would not turn off the unit, so I had to unplug it to watch TV and sleep. The walls are extremely thin and we could hear the upstairs guests walking (jumping?) at an extremely loud volume. The toilet ran constantly and clearly needs its internals replaced. "Dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed seldom der vat langt til centrum. "

"Vi havde bestilt et ikke ryger, 2 Queen bed, men de gav os et ryger. Det kan jo ske, de havde ikke et med 2 senge den første dag, så vi fik et ikke ryger med 1 seng. Ved udtjekning fik vi en regning på 5$ på internet, der jo er inklusiv, vi fik de 5$ retur da vi bad om det, vi gjorde ikke noget ved det med ryger rummet, men vi fik heller ikke noget retur på det. Hvis ikke det var for dette kunne vi have givet lidt bedre bedømmelse."
