The rental side of the property is set up to where you don’t even realize it’s shared. We liked that both bedrooms were upstairs and had bathrooms attached. Great location relative to our family in Perham and the downtown area. We look forward to coming back during the summer to take advantage of the lake. "Our family of 8 had a wonderful time at the cabin! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Hot tub, beach, dock, fire pit, all were great! Knocked one start off for a couple reasons..we showed up a little after 4pm and the cleaners were still there so we had to drive around for a while and eventually went to eat supper while waiting. "This is a beautiful house with top end appliances, furnishings, and decor. There is plenty of room with the 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The property is just minutes from the lake with a dock for guest use. We were able to swim and fish right off the dock. The host is very quick at answering any questions.
