"Absolute delight, perfection. Although we only live a few miles away and was staying whilst we had a new bathroom installed, we will come back to recharge our batteries on a regular basis!!"

"Fantastic property. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Loved the history and renovation back story. Was worried it would be cold, draughty and creaky. How wrong we were. It was warm and inviting.Nice rural and quiet location. Happily stay there again!!"

"Beautiful accommodation, with lovely vaulted ceiling making it bright and airy High quality finishes all round Kitchen has everything you need and a bottle of milk waiting in the fridge was a lovely touch Tea bags, coffee pods, crisps and biscuits also provided Bed was comfortable and high quality bedding Lovely big fluffy towels and M&S toiletries provided. It was so quiet at night meaning a great night sleep A lovely stay and would recommend a trip to Caster sands and Rye center"

"Lovely quiet place for a short break. Local pub is very friendly and location is not too far from places to visit by car. Glamping Pods very clean as well as toilet block and also well equipped. No issues and really liked that on the day of departure the owner came to say goodbye and ask how our stay was."

"We had a ln absolutely lovely weekend away, so peaceful and the hut was very cosy and welcoming, would definitely return."

"The novelty of staying in a 400 year old property, in an incredible location, right in the middle of Rye, made this the perfect place for a long weekend. Everything needed was right out the front door - museums, castle, pubs, and cafes. The actual house was well laid out with decent furnishings and clean towels, and linens. However, it was dirty in areas, like the crockery all had to be washed before use, blinds were dirty and dusty, and there was a lot of dust, dirt and dog hair around. Not...

"Beter dan verwacht!"

"Perfect brake away very relaxing, everything clean will definitely return and recommend having the brewery on site was a bonus too for a few drinks."

"We loved our stay. The location is fantastic and for us with children being opposite the playground as well as such a short walk into town was great. Rye is just a lovely place and with Camber Sands and other lovely places to explore nearby you can’t go wrong with the location. The main living space is really well equipped with loads of kitchen stuff, sharp knives, comfy sofas and a great selection of books and games. The beds are comfortable and shower is a good pressure. We’d definitely...

"The property and garden are perfect if you have a dog. If you don’t , its clean and not at all doggy! We’ve visited several times and love it. Good proximity to an unspoiled beach and Rye nature reserve."

"Had a wonderful one night stay at Holly Cottage with family. Location is great with pubs and tearoom close by. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were and how quiet the cottage is. Would definitely recommend!"
