  • Situated in a Grade I-listed building, this pretty apartment was renovated in 2017 to create a stylish holiday property for couples seeking a city escape. The quaint Queens Park is just across the road where you can enjoy a takeaway coffee and watch locals play boules. Head to Royal Victoria Park (0.5 miles) – a wider green space that has a miniature golf course and serves as a launch pad for hot air balloons. Explore the local history at The Roman Baths (300 metres) or the Museum of Bath Architecture (0.5 miles). Enjoy a fabulous day out getting some rest and relaxation at Thermae Bath Spa (300 metres), or simply peruse the abundance of shops in the city, especially those in Bath’s Artisan Quarter (0.5 miles), before tucking into a delicious dinner at one of the city’s many restaurants.


    Head inside this delightful property and climb the stairs to the second floor where you will find a cosy and welcoming apartment for two. The open-plan living area is spacious and bright, with large sash windows that overlook the park below. Get comfy on the sofa for a romantic evening in, watching films on the Smart TV or getting competitive over one of the board games. The contemporary kitchen has everything you need to create hearty breakfasts and evening meals, which can be eaten at the breakfast bar-style dining table. After each busy day away, retire to the sumptuous king-size bedroom and start the next morning with a soak in the well-appointed shower room that boasts a walk-in rainfall shower.


    While there is no outdoor space at the apartment, guests are positioned in the heart of Bath, meaning peaceful park walks and visits to popular attractions are made easy. Parking is in the surrounding public car parks, subject to availability, the closest being Charlotte Street.

Enjoyable stay

The property was in a very central location and easy access to all Bath has to offer. The apartment itself was excellent and would love to revisit.

Great property

The property was just as advertised and the location was very convenient to everything in the city of Bath. Also, thanks so much for the "book of knowledge", the reccomended restaurants were great.

On the 2nd floor with amazing outlook over Queens Square & Wood Street. So comfortable, relaxing space, everything we needed. Excellent location for all Bath sights, restaurants, shopping & more.

Very convenient and clean! The Bathroom is very small but has a good shower with good water pressure. It was nice having the washer/dryer, although better instructions on how to use it would be nice. It was fun having "our" building pointed out on the free walking tour as the first that John Wood designed and built in Bath.

Comfortable apartment in great location

- clean apartment in fantastic location - easy 5-10 minute walk to Charlotte Street car park for long-term parking - good communication from property manager - we'd stay here again with no hesitation

Great central apartment for couples

Loved our 5 night stay in this apartment. So centrally located but quiet. Well appointed with super comfy bed and an amazing shower. Do not hesitate to book. Hoping to return soon.

Really great apartment in a great location!

Location could not have been better! Apartment was well equipped, well decorated and well maintained and super for exploring Bath. Everything was within minutes walk- sites, restaurants, markets, pubs etc! Thoroughly felt as our “home away from home” rather than a holiday let.Staff was super communicative and helpful, even arranged early check-in and late check-out!Only minor item was the apartment was shown as with a king size bed, but it was only a queen.

Very nice...

A nice flat for two. We stay in unit #4 which means approx. 40 steps, no lift (welcome to the UK). Great location, small bathroom but plenty of hot water, lovely living room and comfortable bed. Would definitely consider renting it again...

Really is light and bright

Lovely flat. Nicely furnished in pastel tones made for a relaxing stay. A nice bag of goodies waiting for us…thanks for the thoughtful gesture. Very good location, close to attractions, eateries. Even though it is up 37 steps, I would stay again. We had 3 knee replacements amongst our 4 knees, and managed it. But they really should mention it in the description.

Good stay in Bath

We loved the flat so clean bright and spacious I must say we had a lot of difficulty with the front door and felt trapped and confused some times trying to leave the flat When we arrived the cleaning staff handed us the keys so we didn’t realize we should leave them in the box outside the door on leaving the flat sorry I hope this didn’t course to much trouble for you We would like to stay there again but because of my age and difficulty with stairs on a lower floor I will recommend your agency to my friends and family with out hesitation should they want to visit Bath So thanks

Birthday break in Bath

Property is as described in the listing. Very well equipped, centrally located. Although a parking permit is provided we could not get a space until the next day, it is really just a case of waiting for an opportunity. We have visited Bath many times and this was our favourite central accommodation.

Cycling in Bath

We enjoyed our stay and cycled from the apartment each day on two of the long routes from Bath. As the apartment was in a great central location, shopping and eating out was so easy.

Enjoyed our stay, the location is excellent, you are central but you do have some noise from people leaving bars and restaurants which wasn’t a problem for us.

Best Location

The flat on Queens Square was perfect for walking around the city of Bath. Most of the major sights (Roman Baths, Abbey, Circus, etc.) were only a few minutes walk. The flat was bright, clean, quiet and well appointed. Our flat was on the second (U.S. third) floor so the stairs could be a put-off to some but for us it was worth the climb. We have stayed at a lot of Homeaway properties and Bath Holiday Rentals was among the most responsive and organized of any we have met. It was a great stay and I would use them again if we are ever in Bath.

A Wonderful Week in Bath

Excellent location in Bath - near all museums etc. Lots of information about local cafes, restaurants and events etc The accommodation is very well resourced - and very welcoming. The location is excellent for all of the attractions, as long as you are OK on stairs - it is in a fab Georgian building around the corner from Queen Square . Totally recommend for a week’s stay in beautiful Bath.

Very clean and in a great location!

My wife and I rented this apartment in July of 2019. The location is terrific, very close to many nice restaurants and within easy walking distance to the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. Our favorite pub was The Raven which was right up the block. Delicious meat pies and local ales, with very friendly bartenders. The check-in process was very easy and orderly. We were sent check-in instructions via email prior to the date. We called the phone number when we arrived at the Bath Train Station (which is about a 15 minute walk to the apartment), and someone was waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment. She was very nice and showed us around the apartment, answered any questions, and gave us contact numbers in case we needed them. The apartment was extremely clean and came with a well appointed kitchen. The refrigerator and stove both worked well. Everything was clean, in very good shape, and nothing felt worn out or broken. The bedroom was a decent size with a comfortable bed. The living room has a flat screen with Netflix provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great spot for two in downtown Bath

Wonderful roomy flat with all new kitchen and bath. Fresh decor, light filled, very pleasant. Located right downtown so very convenient to shops, restaurants, events. Highly recommended.

Beautifully remodeled flat in a great location

This flat exceeded my expectations. On the internet it seemed to me to be pretty small but in reality it was quite large and very comfortable. It does have a small bathroom but it has a full-size shower with a rainfall showerhead. The flat has been nicely renovated and is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The kitchen does not have a lot of counter space but has everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal and is a 5-minute walk from a huge grocery store and a very nice local butcher shop. I would definitely stay here again.
