"A very special place - both the accommodations and the main reception and dining areas. Worth the money for a once-in-a-lifetime cave experience. "We stayed here for one night. Pre check-in information was excellent. We were directed to a car park just 5 mins walk to the accommodation. On arrival Francesco was super helpful telling us the top sites to visit and giving us restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was delicious, the best we’ve had so far on our trip. All in all a wonderful stay in a beautiful cave. Highly recommended! Thank you both "

"I really liked that there was everything you could need to be comfortable. You can tell there is someone considerate behind the administration. There was abundant drinking water, teas and coffee, water boiler, cups, etc in the common area. In the bathroom, shower cap, soap, and other amenities, enough towels for all the guests (this is not always the case). The family room was great with two rooms and ac in each one.
