"Unique stay in the Sassi (old town) of Matera. The accommodation is in a cave type room (no windows), it can also be quite damp. The location is fantastic and very easy to find with the hosts instruction. There is no laundry at this location, all though it was advertised. "

"The location was good. Shower is extremely SMALL. There is a shared kitchen , however it's the family's kitchen which makes it VERY uncomfortable to use. The right up is very misleading and makes it sound like the kitchen is to be shared with other guests. A seperate fridge and kettle would help. Parking is limited, however we managed to be able to park out front."

"Séjour parfait! Situation de rêve. Même si la chambre-grotte n'a qu'une porte donnant sur une valme petite cour fleurie, elle est tellement originale qu'elle vaut la peine. La salle de bains est sous la voûte d'un ancien grenier à grain (impossible à photographier!). Le lit est très confortable. La propreté, irreprochable. "el lugar es agradable, super bien ubicado, solo no me gusto al principio que llegamos traiamos maletas grandes y la encargada muy amable nos ofrecio un cuarto diferente para subir menos escaleras pero si no le pregunto no me hace la mencion que eran 20 euros mas, decidimos ir a nuestra habitacion destinada, son muy amables y receptivos los encargados, le dedican todo el tiempo y esta hermoso Matera. "Si trova in campagna, a soli 4km dal centro di Melfi e comodissimo per tutte le vie di accesso nei paraggi. Luogo tranquillo, molto ben tenuto, pulizia sia nelle camere che nei luoghi comuni perfetta. Cordialità e professionalità del proprietario ne fanno il top. Consiglio a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Melfi per qualsiasi motivo ( lavoro, turismo..). Inoltre aggiungo veramente un ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità"

"Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend, in occasione della sagra della Varola a Melfi e devo dire che ci siamo trovate benissimo, tanto da decidere di ritornarci il prossimo anno. Location non molto distante dal luogo di interesse, facilmente raggiungibile e ben indicata da segnalazioni stradali. Struttura nuova, giardino molto ampio e ben curato che fa da cornice a questa villa trifamiliare con camere spaziose, comode e moderne ma soprattutto pulite, nota molto apprezzata.
