"My family of 9 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay at Collazzone the house suited our needs as there where 5 different family's and we all enjoyed the house and the grounds,the pool and hot tub and games room were all used at different times. Cristofo the gardener and main contact was a joy despite the language difficulty, we would recommend this property"

"We had a super nice holiday at this villa. The house is lovely. The kitchen had everything that we needed. There were plenty of towels and extra towels for at the pool. The covered dining area was a perfect place for family meals. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside and the beautiful setting of the villa."

"As in 2022 we spent a weeks holiday in this wonderfull villa with pool and lot of room for a,family of 8 in this beautifull landscape near Orvito. Some days relaxing at "home" other days taking trips fx to the monster park at barzano or to the nearby villages and enjoying italian food. think we'll be back in 2024!"

"i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. "We were family of 23 people. Young and “old” was loving the beautiful and quiet place. With the best view. Everything was perfect. Guido always answer quick. The people we met, that helped to make the Place perfectly comfortable was all so nice. Orietta made us dinner 3 times. It was like heaven. Even all the kids loved her cocking. We bought wine from the place, because it was so good and so cheap😉 Can very much recommend this place to everybody who wants a good, beautiful and quiet...

"Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht nur die Betten haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. Wir waren zu dritt, haben uns aber gefragt, wie man als Gruppe von 8 Personen die Mahlzeiten gemeinsam einnehmen...

"We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore....

"We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"Guido was very gracious assisting us whenever we had questions. Claudia, who met us at the square was very helpful & guided us to the property. Both were very responsive to any of our needs. A small car is a must for narrow roads in hilltop towns. The town was close by with a short up hill walk. I felt I was back in time, learning to just enjoy the simpleness and beauty of it all! "Great place to stay while visiting the Umbrian valley. Peaceful, quiet and convenient for visiting surrounding hill towns. If you have the opportunity to have a meal prepared and served by the personal chef known to the villa owner you must do so, the meal was absolutely fabulous! One of the highlights of our trip."

Nice hotel in a quiet and very beautiful setting
"We stayed for the third time in this really nice hotel. This time we upgraded to a room with a terrazzo for 3 nights and loved it! The staff is very nice and helpful, but we arrived in October and the hotel closes down for the winter, so we were only few guests there and had a feeling of “closing down”. The restaurant was not worth the money this time - but we’ve had nice food there before. Breakfast is ok - not fantastic. We will come back! "
