"Stayed here for a weekend trip up to boothbay, the place was amazing, very clean and seems like it was recently renovated. Highly recommended"

"This was a lovely historic spot near lots of fun things to do in Maine! The bed was comfy, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The decor was thoughtful. Walking distance to a cafe for coffee, and you can sit on the deck and wait for the line to shorten at Reds Eats. The deck was a great spot to sit and read, and I know the area so I wasn’t surprised by the road noise on rt 1. The only opportunity for improvement would be that there are two doors leading to the apartment, and neither of them...

"My only issue was that the tea pot was gross...it looked rusted inside and it was pretty cool inside as it was damp and raining all weekend. "

Nice balcony looking out over the green space in the back. Great place to have coffee in the morning - I even saw a deer one morning!"

"The unit was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are close to Boothbay Harbor but not in it. Ocean Point is a fantastic place to walk to really experience the Maine coast. The screen porch was a hit with the seating area and table where you could see Linekin Bay. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed with a gas grill outside. Would definitely stay here again. "

The only misunderstanding was that we would receive a text if we could get in before 4:00 and I never got that text. I got an email instead and never noticed that until after 4:00. We were hoping to get in earlier. "

"Check in process was very smooth. Communication with property management to assure the quality of the stay was appreciated. The property pictures accurately reflected the condition of the house which was clean and comfortable. The quiet neighborhood was a great place to unwind. Really enjoyed the deck overlooking the water. We were especially luck to view the Northern lights during our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers."

"My family of 5 had a lovely stay at this home in Boothbay Harbor. This home was roomy and had everything we needed. Location was great, walking to cute shops and restaurants. Only downside to location was noisy traffic at night and gas station lights outside. We had a great trip and would stay here again."

"The condo unit was exactly as described and we found the property manager to be immediately responsive to our questions. The entire unit was beautifully decorated and the beds/furniture was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels/linens. The location is within walking distance of central Boothbay Harbor but in a secluded neighborhood that is very quiet. We enjoyed the “shoulder season” a few weeks before the tourists began to arrive, but found enough...
