"Overall a nice and well located Inn in SanJuan. They should change the AC system and place somewhere else out of bad side (too noisy)! Also you will get a lot of ligth in your room... Sleeping could be a challenge."

Oh my original room had a small issue and without me event seeing the problem, the woman that check me in on Tues the 15th @ 4pm( i forgot her name) long hair....upgraded my room. "Acacia Boutique Hotel deliver more than expected. Really Authentic colonial stule and atmosphere. Worth the money and more. Stayed two times one day at the time during my 3 weeks travel. Best experience. Condado area is calm, beautiful and right on the beach."

"The place is great, the pool, location, the design, everything is so nice BUT the check in. And to lock your room you have to turn the handle up, lock it and then let go (it was a little tricky to figure this out). Beside that I really recommend station here, it is quiet, near a lot of places, clean and super pretty."

"Our flights were canceled and we had to go somewhere last minute when we arrived and the receptionist Ricardo was just amazing. He suggested places for dinner because we got in late, places with options for children. We were very comfortable. Thank you Ricardo !! "
