"Very clean, well quipped property. The lay out is exactly as shown in the listing. It is in a great location for access to outer cape communities, but an easy point from which to access the rest of the Cape. One caveat, if you are elderly and/or have mobility issues, (both of which apply to us) the stairs may interfere with your enjoyment of the property. It’s on us that we didn’t consider this before we booked the property as we found the stairs to be a problem. "

"The door to the main bedroom was hard to close and noisy when you closed it. Probably swollen from the humidity. The different levels in the house should be marked more clearly."

"Cute little cottage. Clean and pull out couch was very comfy! Great stay for a small group. Perfect location near a lot of very nice beaches. Would recommend Gray’s beach for sunset, parking is free!"
