"My booking was as perceived from their advert for a caravan with lake and sea views with steps to the upper level /roof terrance. I booked with ebookers ,their adverstising is misleadingly. When i mentioned this at reception I was told it says its for illustration purposes !! Id need to take it up with ebookers. Which i agreed with. Would I book with this company again. Most definately not. Caravan was fine..clean and tidy.Barmouth bay site lovely. No views of the beach or no seating...

"Clean and well fitted out (as described) and in a good location for harbour and beach. Friendly staff. I was initially concerned at a lack of information about where we could park, but once we had got to the place to ask, turns out they have a free parking space nearby for guests and we were not rushed out of it when we checked out so we had an extra couple of hours on the harbour with no parking problem. Great to have good air conditioning - gets hot in the attic room - and controllable blinds...

"Cottage is lovely and cosy and in a superb position for the town and beach. Angie was great with responses to questions during the whole process. 4 adults and 1 dog all highly recommend."

"Property on a council estate, interior first impression was nice and modern. However all soft furnishings well used and uncomfortable, beds were so badly in need of replacing , can feel springs through the old mattress’s We cut short are stay in need of a decent sleep 😴"
