"Great little property, just outside York City centre. a pleasant 15 minute walk along the river and you are in the city. Have no complaints, the property was clean, modern decor and facilities, well appointed kitchen, perfect for our needs."

"Clean property.Good heating. Very well equipped.The Bathroom and toilet are downstairs so any night time toilet trips have to be done very carefully with the steep stairs.free parking on the street. Great to have pet free accommodation as I have severe allergies. "

"Clean and comfortable. Glad we were no more than 4 adults as there is only one bathroom. We booked through vrbo but then ended up dealing with an outfit called Sykes Cottages who ended up charging us more (not a lot more but more than the ad quoted) and they were a nightmare to deal with. Their intervention felt like a scam. Luckily our stay was enjoyable but Sykes should be avoided. "
