"The staff went over and above to make this a unique experience. Our butler Ali was superb, Gideon who cleaned our room is out of this world. Folds your shirts and makes the bed twice a day. The young chef made meals that were consistently tasty. Rashid the Camp manager was a charm and excellent host. Highly recommend this place. "

"Horrible service. Did not stay due to a missed flight and poor communication with the property. Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. Decided to cut ties and stay at a much nicer hotel in Arusha instead of further dealing with...
