Bright and spacious apartment, located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, a short walk from Bari train station and Policlinico hospital. The accommodation opens onto a hallway, which leads to the kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave and coffee maker and furnished with a dining table. The sleeping area consists of three spacious rooms. The widest room is furnished with a queen-size bed and two single beds, the second room includes a queen-size bed and a single bed and features an ensuite bathroom, and the third room is furnished with a queen-size bed, for a total of nine beds in the apartment. In addition to the ensuite bathroom, two other bathrooms with bidet and shower complete the layout. Dishwashers, wi-fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms will be provided to guests.*There are other accommodations inside the building.*The property is currently undergoing renovations and repainting. Therefore, there will be scaffolding and some noise could occur during the day.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
