"The staff went above and beyond when we were running late to ensure we were able to get into our room. They even deep cleaned my room before arrival to assist with my potential allergies. It really made our stay wonderful. I can most definitely recommend!
Only note to be aware is the bedrooms are upstairs and you need to be able to carry your bags up to them. "

"The lady manager greeted us on arrival, she was very friendly and helpful and bubbly which made a difference to our stay it mad us feel welcome, the only thing was there wasn't always someone on reception.
The restaurant was nice but wasn't keen on the very large thick cut chips which were under cooked. And I'm not sure if the person serving us was a man or a woman...he spoke and looked like a man but had a dress on!!!

"Late night check-in and stopover after getting off the Isle of Man ferry at midnight. The only place with 24 hour check in without going to Lancaster, 2nd time staying, got a newly renovated room, very comfy bed and a great breakfast the next morning. "Arrived late evening and was met by a very friendly receptionist, who sorted out everything very quickly. The property is being upgraded and therefore has building going on, how's the room was of a really good standard and very clean. I was very impressed. The breakfast was good and had a good choice. Will use again and definitely recommend it."
