Victoria City Center is a luxury duplex apartment with 5 double bedrooms and 140 m², located right in the heart of Barcelona, next to Plaza Cataluña and just a few steps from Paseo de Gracia. Its prime location allows guests to enjoy everything the city has to offer, from luxury shopping to its main cultural and gastronomic attractions.

Both apartments, Victoria City Center 1 and Victoria City Center 2, have been awarded the highest tourist classification of five keys, ensuring a superior level of comfort, service, and attention to detail. Their design combines functionality, elegance, and brightness, creating a welcoming and practical space for stays of the highest quality.

Location and surroundings:Victoria City Center offers the perfect balance between central location and tranquility, as it faces the inner courtyard of the block, away from the street noise. Just a few meters away is El Corte Inglés, one of the largest department stores in Barcelona, as well as Las Ramblas, the famous pedestrian avenue full of life, terraces, street performers, and iconic shops of the city. Paseo de Gracia, with its modernist architecture and the works of Antoni Gaudí, is also nearby, offering a unique cultural experience. The Gothic Quarter and El Borne are also within walking distance, with their narrow medieval streets, charming squares, trendy boutiques, cafés, and restaurants.

Apartment description:Upon entering the apartment, guests are welcomed by a spacious and bright living room with glass doors that open onto a small balcony with a table and chairs. Next to the living area is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a laundry area with a washer and dryer.On this floor there are three bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and a walk-in closet, and two additional double bedrooms with single beds. One of these rooms is accessed via a spiral staircase, which is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility or small children.A modern bathroom with white marble and glass finishes completes this floor, adding both style and functionality.

The upper floor features two additional double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, adding character and charm to the space. There is also a full bathroom with a shower, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.

The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, crockery, cutlery, and a dishwasher. Although there is no private parking, a public car park is located just 250 meters away with easy access.

During their stay, guests can enjoy a personalized concierge service available to assist with any request, such as transfer bookings, private chefs, tours, or activities in Barcelona, ensuring a comfortable, exclusive, and worry-free experience.

Important Information: 1) Victoria City Center is located in a residential area, so guests must respect the neighbors’ nighttime rest. 2) The property has a 200-liter hot water tank. 3) The person signing the rental contract upon arrival must be over 25 years old. 4) A late check-in fee applies according to arrival time: after 20:00: 15 € / after 22:00: 20 € / after 00:00: 30 €. 5) Only the number of guests specified in the reservation may stay overnight; additional guests will incur an extra charge. 6) Security deposit: 350 €, charged only by credit card upon arrival if required by Victoria Barcelona Properties.

For all our guests we provide: Three sets of keys, bed linen, bath towels and hand towels per person, hairdryer in each bathroom, iron and ironing board, washer, dryer, kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery.

Barcelona holiday

Wonderful property! Great communication with hosts and Marco was very helpful at check-in as well as setting up airport transfers. Made traveling with our large group much easier! Definitely recommend this property and hope to book there again!

Great Central Location

We enjoyed our mom & 3 daughters “first trip” to Barcelona, and this was a great spot for us. It was super easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was spacious enough for us girls. It was clean, well appointed. We felt safe as well which was important to us. And even though on a busy street, we heard no noise. We will be back!

Excellent All Around!

From the service we received to the location to the cleanliness - everything about this place was excellent and everyone we dealt with was wonderful! We loved the apartment, the set up…washer, dryer, large gathering room…location was centrally located. We could walk everywhere from here! Do not hesitate to rent this place.

Being just a stone throw away from Plaza Catalunya is the center of it all...walk to the north, you get Passeig gracia with all the Gaudi spots and south, you get La Rambla...and every major subway and bus line runs through this intersection. Its so convenient. Even the Aerobus goes here which makes it a breeze to go to the airport. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming host...he showed us the place. The space could use some remodelling, but it was functional. We spotted some problems on the first day, there was a massive leak coming from the above apartment, and another leak from the bathroom above.... it seems like a massive problem, but the owner and manager came by and handled it right away and after the first day, everything was smooth sailing. Having a separate washer and dryer was great....the big bathrooms were a plus as well. strong AC and water pressure were also good. They did not supply soap/shampoo which is fine...but just FYI so you can prepare. The property elevator worked, they had 2 which is great. Overall...happy with this place and would stay again.

Very interesting and unique flat in the center of Barcelona, located conveniently to everything. Flat is as described. Marco was very helpful, always available. We are two families of four adults and five kids, everyone slept comfortably. Mucho Gràcias!

Perfect location and perfect host!

Everything was as advertised and as photos shown on listing. Very clean, secure, great water pressure, hot water, very good central airconditioning and a workable kitchen for a short stay (dont cook when you are visiting Barcelona!). Beautifully decorated, lots of outlets (bring your Euro converter plugs) and well lit throughout. Wonderful central location near all major attractions, great selection of restaurants and shopping. It sits on top of a really good gelato shop and cafe, so you dont have to go far in the morning for delicious croissants etc. Our host Marco was like having a concierge in Barcelona, he was our assistant and answer man, always at the ready with WhatsApp! The apartment had 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms but this is city living and everything is downsized so I wouldnt recommend more than two couples and maybe 2 or 3 smalller children - it will feel crowded beyond that, IMO. The upstairs, as advertised, is very low ceilinged so if you are 6 ft or over you will need to be careful about your head, but I survived 5 days without too many ceiling encounters. I can strongly and comfortably recommend this location for a very enjoyable stay in Barcelona.

Amazing location, great apartment

Check-in with Marco went perfectly. Place is as described and very clean. The one bedroom at the top of the ladder-looking stairs - probably not for old folks, but fine for most. I'd read that the upstairs ceiling is low. I'm 6'1", and other than one door frame that I made sure to duck my head a little bit, the rest if perfectly fine and doesn't feel claustrophobic, so don't let that deter you. The rest of the apartment (downstairs) has high to very high ceiling, like much of what we've seen in Europe, very airy-feeling. As the balcony faces an inner courtyard, it's 1) serenely quiet but 2) isn't much to look out over. Living room features tall double doors that open to the balcony, with windows further up, so fresh and air natural light abounds. There's a helpful binder showing how to use everything. Two elevators/lifts just outside the door were convenient. It was serenely quiet, especially being in city center, just off the main floor - perfect spot / walking distance for nearly all the major sites. I'd be happy to stay here again during a future trip.

Best vacation spot ever

Amazing location and property, can literally turn the corner and walk to Gaudi houses, or go the other way into the gothic quarter. Turning left straight and following you go to Sagrada. 25 min walk from barceloneta, and I can go on and on. Inside was clean and was more than enough space for five of us. Just incredible experience and the best property/management I’ve stayed at through VRBO

Spacious apartment steps from Plaza Catalunya

This property suited the needs of our group quite well for 3 days. It has lots of space and is in a great location for exploring the gothic quarter and el raval. The apartment is generally clean, though the living room carpet was a bit dirty. The kitchen is narrow and is well appointed with a coffee machine, large fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Our only real complaint was a lack of paper product, ie paper towels and toilet paper. There are 5 separate bedrooms, but the layout is a bit strange: one bedroom requires climbing a steep spiral staircase and the another is located right outside of a different bedroom and has partition doors. Several of the bedrooms lack a window, though there is a small balcony off of the living room. The check-in process was smooth and Marcos was very helpful.

A perfect central Barcelona apartment

The booking process and communication with Marco, the agent, was simple and informative. He was very helpful and whilst we had no problems he facilitated our use of the apartment building to store our luggage on our last day. The apartment was large enough for our party of eight adults, was well presented with all equipment needed and was very clean. It is situation at the heart of Barcelona, Our party had an average age of 60 and we were able to walk to most of the major tourist attraction, restaurants and shops. We will visit Barcelona again and when we do I hope to stay at Villa Victoria.

Tapas and Family in a fantastic property

Great apartment, convenient location

Our multigenerational family of 10 spent just over a week in this apartment. The home worked great for our group. Everything was in excellent condition. The location is centrally located—with many nearby shops, eateries, a huge shopping mall across the street (with large grocery store), and subway access nearby. Above all, this apartment is located about a two minute walk’s distance from Plaça de Catalunya. So convenient! Our only ‘complaint’ is that there is currently a very large scale construction project happening adjacent to the apartment. There was a lot of noise, starting first thing in the morning, and the balcony could not be enjoyed due to the extensive construction dust and noise. On the bright side, the project was interesting to watch, since it involves the overhaul of a historic building...

GREAT location, had everything we needed.

This was a fabulous place to stay. 2 teenagers and 4 adults and we all had our space. Such a perfect central location to all of Barcelona. Metro across the street that we could take to morning tours and then meander our way back. Worked out great!

Spacious, comfortable, clean, perfect location

Our stay at Villa Victoria couldn't have been a better selection. We had four people in our family & everyone felt as though we had come home... Jean checked us in and gave us very good instructions for the apartment as well as helpful tips about our surroundings... The location was perfect, right at the entrance to the Ramblas with grocery shopping across the street & a coffee shop on the corner... The metro, bus lines and taxis were right outside our door, if necessary.. Thank you for adding to a wonderful stay in Barcelona... When I return I'll be back to stay again...

Lovely apartment at ideal city centre location

This apartment has an ideal location, across the street from Placa de Catalunya. It is easily accessible to mass transit and walking distance to many of Barcelona's tourist attractions, as well as wonderful dining and shopping. In addition, directly across the street is a department store/super market, El Corte de Inglés, the large supermarket is in the downstairs level of the structure and has anything you would need to stock the apartment with food & drinks during your stay -- all at very good prices. The owner and management company of the property had all of the details of our stay organized well in advance of our arrival and also coordinated our travel from the airport for us. The property itself was very nice and would happily stay here again and/or recommend to friends and family.
