Desværre ikke et 4 stjernet hotel, 2 til 3 stjerne
Badeværelse, afløb i brusenice var stoppet, således at vi ved hvert korte bad, var ved at oversvømme badeværelset. Der gik 4 dage før det blev ordnet, selv om vi kontaktede receptionen 4-5 gange. Håndvask armatur sad helt løst, og man ned under toiletbord for at åbne for afløb. Bankboks virkede ikke fra dag, det tog 2 dage at få det ordnet. Det ene lagen og det ene badehåndklæde var beskidt da vi tjekkede ind. På 3 dag blev der ikke gjort rent på værelset, eller skiftet håndklæder. Det tog 3 gange ned til receptionen for at få rene håndklæder. Vi kan på ingen måde se hvad der skulle retfærdigøre at dette hotel har 4 stjerner. Det skal dog siges at personalet er super flinke, placeringen er i top, og morgenmaden var super.

God beliggenhed i Barcelona
Havde et godt ophold. Hotellet ligger meget centralt og personalet var meget hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var ok, men det kneb lidt med opfyldningen og der var hele tiden kø ved kaffemaskinen. Værelset virkede lidt slidt men det var ok. Alt i alt en god oplevelse og kunne godt finde på at komme igen :-)

Udmærket ophold med venligt personale. Værelset var pænt og rent med god rengøring. Sengene var ikke de mest komfortable, men alt i alt var værelset ok. Der er uigennemsigtigt glas i døren ud til toilettet, men det gør at hele værelset lyses op når toilettet benyttes om natten. God rengøring.

Very professional and courteous staff. Some noise at night because of proximity to La Rambla and cathedral. Parts of the public spaces in the garden and parts of the apartment where we stayed needed some repair, but not functional impactful. Good breakfast variety. Dinner is good and likely comparable in price relative to adjacent eatery. Overall a good place and great location, I would recommend it.

This hotel is a gem. The staff go out of their way to accommodate you. little toiletries available in the room. Waters and snacks available at no charge. I forgot passports and cash in the room leaving…they found them immediately. Honest people, good people, great location. Our room was 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Inside courtyard 1108. It was quiet on a Saturday night. Don’t hesitate. This is a winner.

I stayed for a few days for a nearby conference. The hotel is a perfect location right next to a metro station and in the heart of the Gothic Quarter 15 minutes at most from every location. Staff were absolutely brilliant, incredibly friendly and helpful. The only small criticism I can levy is some of the shared outdoor areas, the seating looked a little dirty but minor in the grand scheme. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location it is so close to La Rambla. Everything is within walking distance. People working there are very friendly and always eager to help. I would stay there again if I ever visit Barcelona again. Highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location! Staff at the hotel was so wonderful, particularly the greeter. I had a bad experience at the airport, and he really lifted my spirits! I was voluntarily given a room near the elevator because of mobility issues.

Great location, I did ask for a kettle as we had an apartment but one never came but the place and staff were lovely, would recommend.

The gentleman who checked us in lied to us regarding laundry. We were leaving the hotel to go to the laundromat when he stopped and offered hotel laundry. Since we had a week's worth of laundry, that would have been very expensive so I told the gentleman that we were going to Lavaexpress, nearby. He told it was closed,out of budiness. I found an alternative laundromat, but that one was busy, so I decided to try Lava Express and sure enough it wasn't closed; it was open. Your front desk gentleman just wanted me to use the laundry services. He should not be lying to customers about availability outside of the hotel. The only other comment is our shower in room 3102 completely and totally flooded our bathroom. The design just doesn't work the water was everywhere.

Loved that it was right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter and about a 2 min walk from the Boqueria Market. Breakfast buffet was excellent and so was the staff. Highly recommend.
