My Space Barcelona welcomes you to Barcelona!

This newly renovated and fully equipped 85 m² apartment is located in a building with an elevator, ideal for both individual and group stays. The building has several floors, which allows us to accommodate up to 30 people in total. Perfect for companies, large or small groups, or those wishing to stay with friends or family, all in the same building. It’s important that you make the request so we can manage availability according to your needs!

This apartment is fully furnished and has all the amenities you need to feel at home. We also offer optional parking in the same building for just 30€/day.

Important Information Before Booking:

The property manager will send a link for a 30% payment at the time of booking (American Express is not accepted).
The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer before check-in or in cash upon arrival.
Deposit: A deposit will be charged via credit/debit card upon check-in and refunded within 7 to 14 business days.
Travel Cot: 20€/day (subject to availability, please request 24-48 hours in advance).
Late Arrival:
Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday at our office (Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona).
A 50€ fee in cash will apply for arrivals outside this time frame.
Tourist Tax: The applicable tourist tax in Barcelona will be charged.
No Smoking Policy:

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine of 400€ and possible immediate eviction will be imposed if violated.

No Parties or Gatherings:

In the event of complaints or police intervention, a fine of 400€ (in addition to any police fines) will be charged.
