BIG HOUSE with LARGE GARDEN, BBQ area and PRIVATE POOL with a water slide! Ideal house for large families or families with children, and groups of friends. Located in an agricultural area, surrounded by vineyards and countryside. It is less than 5 minutes' drive from the centre of the village where there are restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The house has a large plot of land and no luxuries, but it is a spectacular property, with a large swimming pool and beautiful views!
 
   THE SPACE                                                                                                                     
 
Alella, the town where the tower is located, is 25 minutes drive from Barcelona and offers a privileged calm environment, with views of the sea and the vineyards surrounding the house.
 
MIRADOR is a tower that stands in the area of Alella. It is a large tower surrounded by gardens and outdoor spaces, with a private pool and barbecue area (BBQ).
 
The house is organized on two floors and a small tower on the top and accommodates up to 12 people distributed in 4 bedrooms and a small room in the tower.
 
   GROUND FLOOR   
DINING ROOM: On the first floor there is a large dining room that is proposed as a meeting space for meals, with a large table and chairs for all guests.
 
KITCHEN: The dining room communicates with the kitchen, which is also spacious and equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The kitchen connects with a small annexe with an oven, fridge and dishwasher, and with another small room/laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
 
TOILET: Between the kitchen and the dining room there is a courtesy toilet.
 
LIVING-DINING ROOM: On the same floor there is a dining room with a sofa area and a fireplace available during winter days. The room also houses a round table with views to the outside, perfect for breakfast or coffee.
 
   FIRST FLOOR   
The second floor is where the various rooms and toilets are located:
 
- TRIPLE ROOM: 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and access to a balcony with sea and mountain views.
- DOUBLE ROOM: 1 double bedroom with a terrace
- SUITE + SINGLE: 1 double suite + 1 single bed with full bathroom with shower. The single bed is separated in a different space.
- TWIN ROOM: 1 room with two single beds.
- BATHROOM: 1 toilet with shower
 
   PANORAMIC TOWER   
A small staircase leads to the turret, the highest part of the house. The space is fitted out as a bedroom with a double bed.
   OUTDOOR SPACE   
The entrance of the house is extended with a covered outdoor porch, which has tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
 
The exterior is divided into two parts separated from each other by a small path: the lawn area with barbecue and the pool area.
 
The tower is surrounded by an extensive garden area with flat ground, ideal for enjoying the outdoors and for the little ones in the house. The lawn area is large and dotted with small trees that provide shade during the hot summer days. The space has an outdoor BBQ barbecue.
 
The pool area is equally large and offers a part of the ground around the water, and a part with grass to lie down and sunbathe. The pool is large and has a water slide, and by the pool, there is a bar/table with umbrellas to leave food or drinks!
 
 
   SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS                                                                               The MIRADOR house is exclusive to its guests.


Included services:- Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit.- Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00.Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us!We always try to accommodate, but in the high season, it will depend on availability.

   HOUSE RULES   
- It is not rented to groups under 25 years old.
- The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed before the delivery of the keys.
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
 - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.
 - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odors and dirt.
- Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
The waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
   IT'S NOT ALLOWED   
- Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.
 - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.
 - Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.
 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.- It is not allowed to charge electric cars using the house power

   DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD                                                                    
                                                             
The area of Alella is well known for its wines with D.O. and for a very good gastronomic offer. The house is located in the mountainous part, but Alella is close to the sea and has pleasant family beaches.
 
Alella is a very quiet area, it is a coastal town in the northern part of Barcelona, very quiet and familiar, a few kilometers from the city center.
 
You can enjoy different nautical offers such as surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, snorkeling, sailing.... There are many companies and coastal towns in the surroundings that offer all kinds of activities that we will be happy to recommend!
 
In Alella and all over El Maresme there are many restaurants, and in summer on the beaches, there are beach bars, the chiringuitos!
 
 
   HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA                                                                          
 
The house is located in Alella.
 
In this location, we recommend the use of a car (or a cab) if you want to visit the surrounding villages, as it is an isolated house. The house has enough parking for several cars.
 
TAXI: if you are not going to make many trips it can be a good option, but it is always necessary to book in advance.
 
CAR: in this location, we recommend the use of a private car to move easily around the area, to go shopping, to visit the surrounding villages and to get to Barcelona in less than 25 minutes.
 
TRAIN: the nearest train station is El Masnou. From there you can take a train to Barcelona, or head north to visit the coastal towns of the Maresme and up to the Costa Brava.
