Apartment located in a unique and exclusive spot, in the Ciutat Vella district, in the heart of Barcelona, 70 metres from La Rambla and the Port. This central Barcelona apartment stands only 65 meters from the Drassanes underground station and different bus lines, and 10 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, the main shopping area in central Barcelona. An apartment in Barcelona which is ideal for a comfortable stay in the city centre.

The apartment is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning, washing machine, tumble drier, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, mixer, plates), TV and free Wi-Fi.

Near the apartment you can explore the unique Gothic Quarter and Old Town, its broad range of restaurants, medieval buildings, Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza del Rey, Plaza del Pi, the Maremagnum area, a leisure area facing the sea, shop in all sorts of different establishments in Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia, and also enjoy many different cultural activities with some of the most important museums and theatres in the city.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

Close to everything

This was a lovely place to stay in Barcelona. We were close to the Mercat, shops and outdoor dining establishments. Our host was excellent with communication and any questions were answered quickly. The front bedroom was a bit noisy with foot traffic late in to the night, but that was made apparent in the description. We were in the Las Ramblas area which is known for its night life. The apartment was easily accessible from the airport and the the port. I would be delighted to stay here again.

Quick getaway to Barcelona

Overall, the properties accurately described. Location was in an excellent place very convenient to everything in the Gothic quarter. The front bedroom can be a bit noisy due to the location facing the alleywayso please note that if you have trouble sleeping.

Good Option in Decent Location

Our family stayed here for a couple of days in August. The location is good however the unit does pick up a lot of street noise. The bedroom at grade facing the street is particularly loud. The property is clean and basic. The beds are simple, and the pillows are flat. It lacks amenities outside of a few towels and small soaps. It’s typical of an industrialized host operation. It will give you a clean and safe place to sleep; if that is what you are looking for, then it's a good option. Check-in and communication were excellent, and keyless entry was easy & convenient.

Great stay

We had a great stay here while in Barcelona. Nicely located by the La Rambla (about a block away). The area is a busy tourist area. The front bedroom was a bit loud at night but we slept here after walking around all day. Nice having a washer and dryer in the room, which is not standard to have in many rentals. We were with two other families and their units had washers but no dryer. All in all - I’d recommend

El Raval Apartment

Modern apartment in the El Raval neighborhood just off La Rambla. Great location. Lively nightlife, bring ear plugs if you go to be early. AC worked great and so nice to have a washer to stay ahead of laundry for a long vacation. Everything went smoothly.

Comfort Stay

The apartment was as listed - comfortable and spacious. The complimentary water was a nice touch - much appreciated after our travels. The hot tub was fabulous - very clean and we used it every evening after long walking tourist days. Very easy to check in using security codes - convenient to not have a key! I would recommend staying here.

A rough diamond

The booking process was easy and well supported. The manager was quick to communicate and answer questions. The location was close to a metro and near to La Ramblas. We found that it was good in terms of proximity, but unfortunately the neighbours are quite unwelcoming. We often found that they would make excessive noise whenever we went into the garden, or would come onto the balcony and stare at the girls in their bathing suits. This led to us attempting to use to hot tub later in the evening one night and despite being deliberately quiet, we received a noise complaint notification. This was quite disappointing given that just across the road was an obvious party which involved screaming and singing until late in the morning. The hot tub was excellent... on the evening of the second day. Prior to that it was not warmed. However, the property manager was very quick to respond and resolve the issue, but it did require their attendance three times. We also had to report the smaller shower cubical as it was leaking into the main room. We therefore lost time while an agent attended and repaired the shower silicone base. These are not major criticisms, and reflect well on the communication and support the property manager provides. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were good facilities at the property generally. Notably, there was quite limited hot water and half our party tended to have to shower in cold water. Overall, we would return here.

Great Space and Location.

Space was perfect, large bedrooms and very clean. Could use better pillows however. Location was perfect for those who like to wander - quick to La Rambla, the marina, El Born. A few great spots nearby for a night cap - Magic Bar and London Bar.

Ramblas Gem

Very nice apartment in a prime location. The unit has all the necessities need for a great stay. The backyard and jacuzzi are a great bonus after a long day of sightseeing. The neighborhood is located within walking distance to notable restaurants, shopping and it is less than a block to the Metro. We look forward to our next stay in Barca!

Great location

Ground floor with private spa that warmed up nicely. Comfortable beds. Street facing bedroom can get loud, may need ear plugs. Great food, coffee, smoothie places on same block. Manager answered phone when we had a question. Perfect for us.

Awesome location and Spa

Perfect location!! The condo was clean and description was accurate we enjoyed our stay. One minor comment, it i would add a few more wall hangings in the kitchen/living area to reduce a bit of the echo in the unit. That is minor. If back in Barcelona we would stay there again!

Great location

Unit was nice and centrally located, AC unit was definitely needed and worked great! Only downside was one bedroom had no drawers or closet for our clothes. Also that same bedroom faces the street with a bar feet away. Noise from ppl talking/drunken activities made it hard to sleep.

Fantastic location, and it was so nice to be able to spread out and do laundry during my trip with my wife and teenage sons. Only complaints (and they are minor) is that it's a little noisy, and neighbors overlooking the patio tended to flick ashes and cigarette butts onto the patio making that area less inviting that it might appear in photos. Despite drawbacks it's still a great space and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Comfort AND a Hot Tub!

Good location (a tad noisy on weekends, but that's true of much of Barcelona). Good outdoor area with hot tub. Very clean property. Decent size TV. Excellent linens. Easy keyless entry system.

Great apt!

Stayed here for three nights as a family of four including 13 and 15-year-old daughters. Fantastic location with proximity to Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter. Room to spread out. Two functional bathrooms (though the second was quite small it was fine.) The outdoor “hot” tub was cool and clean and a wonderful place for a dip each afternoon. Would definitely recommend for friends visiting Barcelona in the future. Check-in was absolutely the smoothest ever at any Vrbo we’ve stayed at.
