The building has an elevator and is close to shops, restaurants, and
public transport.

The space

The apartment has an approximate surface area of 50 m² and is designed
to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, making it ideal for
families, couples, or small groups of friends. Its practical and
functional layout makes the most of the space and ensures a comfortable
stay.

It features two bedrooms: one double bedroom, perfect for relaxing, and
a second bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children or additional
guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with split air conditioning,
ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the year. The apartment also
includes a full bathroom with a shower, offering a modern and
comfortable space for daily use.

The living room is bright and welcoming, creating the perfect
atmosphere to unwind after a day exploring the city. It is also
equipped with split air conditioning for maximum comfort, even during
the warmer months. From the living room, you can access a small
balcony, a charming spot to enjoy natural light, have a morning coffee,

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat, including the balcony.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Located on Mallorca Street, very close to the Sagrada Família, this
apartment is the perfect starting point to explore one of Barcelona’s

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
guest.
