utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

day of exploring the city.

The apartment is well equipped to ensure comfort throughout the year.
It includes Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioning in the living
room, a television, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. The building
has a lift, making access easy and convenient.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave,
oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, as well as
dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, ideal for preparing meals just
like at home.

A functional, spacious, and well-located apartment, perfect for
enjoying Barcelona comfortably—whether traveling with family, friends,
or for work.

Please take note of the following important information before booking:

- Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival;
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby cot:

Price: 30EUR per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it
24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

-Additional guest:

Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 €
per night.

-Late arrival:

- Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please
consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we
will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and
after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend,
the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after
midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be
as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied.
(€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In
addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a
complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in
immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.

- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours
intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the
police fine).

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities
of our tourist apartments.

available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
