"We had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree Villa - it really is a home away from home. Communication with the property owners and the property manager were very good. "Dette nye hotel, var virkelig flot bygget og indrettet. Lækre materialer og møbler. Her stopper så, alt godt. Personalet står oveni hinanden og alligevel på trods heraf, er de ikke effektive. Jeg har et utal af eksempler, for at nævne få: til aftensbuffeten, står der en pizzastand. Alle pizzaer er væk på samtlige stande og manden der skal lave dem ‘holder pause’. Så vi måtte vente 18 minutter på der var en pizza igen, i en buffet! Som ellers var low på alt andet mad og der var ikke engang 1/10 fyldt med gæster. Hvis vi holder os til buffeten, så tog det over 10 minutter for kaffebaren at lave en iskaffe, på trods af der kun var en person i kø foran. Det virker som om der er alt for mange ansatte, de går rundt om sig selv uden fokus på gæsterne eller service. Alle burde sendes på et kursus hvor de lærte serviceniveauet der forventes på et 5 stjernet hotel. Deres snackbar var tom under hele opholdet, til trods for de markedsføre sig på, at de kan tilgåes 24/7. Ingen tager ansvar for de påpegelser vi gav, og sagde blot, det ikke var deres afdeling. Havde det været et 2 stjernet hotel, var servicen og maden som man ville forvente."
