The size of the house was perfect for our group which included an infant and a tween. Unfortunately, there is only dining seating for 4 (in a rental that sleeps 8), not a single hook or towel bar in any of the bathrooms, and the kitchen was missing some needed items like potholders. It's not in the prettiest neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues with that. There were some stains on the blanket in the first bedroom, but the second two were fine, so we just took those. Clean towels, bathroom, and kitchen, but there wasn't any detergent for the washer/dryer. "
