The space
With Queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen (perfect for guests to cook and serve meals) and pretty lounge area, this is ideal for friends, family or couple. Lounge room has pullout couch which can accommodate one person.

Please note Living and Kitchen area DOES NOT have a window, but the bedroom has enough natural light. We want to make sure guests are aware of this before booking.

While located next to a restaurant, parking and close proximity to road, it is still quiet and previous long-term resident of the unit has had no complaint with noise. Parking available right in front of the unit.
For these reasons, we have priced this apartment lower than a standard hotel room while still being located in downtown Bar Harbor.

Bedroom has a window as seen from the photos and gets plenty of natural light.

BREAKFAST Details: Free breakfast will be at the restaurant located at this property location. Coffee, one item from the breakfast entre'/sandwich and one side will be provided.

Cancellation Policy:
100% (minus a $35 non-refundable processing fee) refund if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date.
50% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date.
