"My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The house is on a peaceful beach (we didn't see any other tourists while we were here) with some local temples about 10 minutes' walk. The house is clean and well-equipped and the air conditioning was able to keep up with the heat! The large grounds were exactly as pictured, including the huge beautiful pool. We were able to have massages in our little massage pavilion right on the beach! Keep in mind that it does take 20+...

"Our stay at the Boathouse in Melaya was amazing! The house is exactly as pictured and beautiful! I can’t rave enough about the staff. They are absolutely amazing and so accommodating. The only complaint I have is how remote it is. If total peace and quiet is what you’re looking for then you will be thrilled. We would definitely stay there again if we go to Bali. It’s nice to Spend half your time in Kuta and then end your vacation in the seclusion of the Boathouse."

"Four of us stayed here with a fairly last minute booking for 3 nights in October. The house is amazing! Spacious, wonderfully decorated, great infinity pool and views of the mountains and ocean. Bedrooms are air conditioned (and work very well!), common spaces and bathrooms are not. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious and open air.
