Guests staying at this modern mountain retreat have exclusive access to numerous amenities. Enjoy the views from the expansive private deck at your leisure. Multiple HDTVs with streaming capabilities are available throughout the home. Guests also have access to the in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

Located in the Sugar Mountain community, guests have access to additional amenities including a golf course and several hiking trails. Free parking is available on the premises, with additional street parking.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
