Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a cozy living area with a smart TV, a full kitchen for meals at home, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. The home is stocked with the essentials and offers the familiar comforts guests look for, making it a great fit for families, couples traveling together, or small groups.

The setting is one of the best parts of the stay. Appleblossom sits in the middle of an apple orchard with beautiful long-range mountain views and a peaceful, tucked-away feel while still keeping you close to everything Banner Elk is known for. Guests are welcome to enjoy the orchard setting, and apple picking is permitted when apples are in season.

Appleblossom is located in the heart of Banner Elk, one of the most popular mountain towns in North Carolina’s High Country. You’ll be close to local restaurants, coffee shops, wineries, breweries, shops, wedding venues, hiking trails, skiing, snow tubing, mountain biking, golf, and scenic drives.

This area is ideal for guests who want mountain charm without feeling too far away from town. In winter, Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain are nearby for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. In spring, summer, and fall, guests can enjoy cool mountain weather, waterfalls, hiking, wineries, festivals, golf, and some of the best scenic drives in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Enjoy a richness of culture and adventure. Within 15 minutes of the town’s lone stoplight you can experience the great outdoors, fabulous dining, theater and the arts, family attractions like Grandfather Mountain, and the South’s two largest ski resorts: Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Banner Elk and the surrounding High Country. The home offers convenient access to downtown Banner Elk, Beech Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Grandfather Mountain, Boone, and Blowing Rock. Mountain roads can be steep or winding, especially during winter weather, so guests visiting during snow or ice season should plan ahead and consider 4WD or chains when conditions call for it.
