Sathorn 2BR Home, Walk to BTS and Pier, Near ICONSIAM and Asiatique

Welcome to Daisy & Rocco’s Home, a charming 3-story private home in Bangkok’s Sathorn–Bangrak area. Conveniently located near Charoen Krung Road, the home is within walking distance of Saphan Taksin BTS and Sathorn Pier, making it easy to explore Bangkok by both Skytrain and river boat. ICONSIAM, Asiatique, Silom, and many of Bangkok’s popular attractions are easily accessible.

The home is ideal for families, groups of friends, and travelers who want more space and privacy than a hotel while staying in a convenient local neighborhood.

The space

The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms across 3 floors.

Bedroom 1 – Second Floor
A spacious bedroom with 1 king-size bed (6 ft) and 2 single beds (3 ft each), making it a comfortable setup for families or groups.

Bedroom 2 – Third Floor
A cozy private bedroom with a comfortable queen-size (5 ft) sleeping setup, fully prepared with bedding for a restful stay.

Bathrooms
There are 2 full bathrooms with hot showers, both located on the ground floor. Shampoo, body wash, and towels are provided.

Please note that this is a traditional 3-story Bangkok shophouse-style home, so guests will need to use stairs to access both bedrooms. There is no elevator.

The home also includes a kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and electric kettle.

Relax in the living area with a 55-inch TV, AIS Playbox with movies and entertainment, and Netflix is included during your stay.

Self check-in

The property offers convenient self check-in using a digital door lock.

Your personal access code and detailed check-in instructions will be sent through VRBO approximately 24 hours before arrival. Each reservation receives its own unique door code, which becomes active at check-in time and expires after check-out. Previous guests’ codes will no longer work.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless another arrangement has been confirmed in advance.

Important: Guest identification & TM30

Thai law requires accommodation hosts to register foreign guests with Thai Immigration through the TM30 system.

After booking, we will ask for the passport information/photo for each foreign guest staying at the property (or appropriate Thai identification for Thai guests). Please provide the requested information promptly so we can complete the required registration.

Parking & getting to the house

There is no private car parking at the property.

The home is located along a small local alley. Cars may stop nearby briefly for passenger/luggage drop-off and pick-up, but should not park in the alley. Paid/designated parking may be available nearby.

Motorcycles can be parked in front of the house where appropriate.

If you are arriving by taxi or Grab, we will provide detailed arrival instructions to make finding the house easier.

Neighborhood & transportation

One of the best features of the home is having access to both BTS and Bangkok’s river transportation.

Saphan Taksin BTS and Sathorn Pier are within walking distance. From the pier, guests can easily travel along the Chao Phraya River, including convenient access to ICONSIAM. Asiatique The Riverfront is also nearby.

For everyday essentials, there is a 7-Eleven just about a 1-minute walk from the house, perfect for grabbing drinks, snacks, toiletries, or anything you may need during your stay.

The surrounding Charoen Krung/Bangrak area is one of Bangkok’s older neighborhoods, with local restaurants, street food, cafés, convenience stores, and everyday Bangkok life close by.

A few things to know before booking

This is a private home in a local residential neighborhood, rather than a hotel or serviced apartment. You may occasionally hear normal neighborhood and city sounds.

Laundry: A convenient coin-operated self-service laundry is just a few steps from the house, available for guests who need to wash or dry clothes during their stay.

Bangkok is a tropical city, so despite regular cleaning and pest control, you may occasionally encounter small ants, mosquitoes, geckos, or other tropical insects.

*Long stays & housekeeping*

Routine housekeeping is not automatically included during your stay. For longer stays, we provide extra bed linens for guests who would like to change their own bedding, along with basic cleaning supplies for your convenience.

If you would like professional housekeeping during your stay, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for 1,300 THB per cleaning, subject to availability. This includes general cleaning and a change of bed linens and towels.

A complimentary starter supply of household essentials is provided at check-in, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, shampoo and body wash. We try to provide an appropriate amount based on the length of the reservation and number of guests, but these items are not intended as an unlimited supply and are not routinely replenished. Guests can easily purchase additional necessities nearby, with 7-Eleven located at the entrance of the alley.

Because this is an older Bangkok home, please do not flush wet wipes, feminine products, or large amounts of toilet paper at once.

We ask all guests to respect our neighbors. No parties, no smoking or vaping inside the property, and no unregistered overnight guests. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.

Please switch off air-conditioning and lights when leaving the house and help us take care of the property as you would your own home.
