O. S is a bit of a distance from the action, but it’s about a 15-20 walk to shopping, etc, so it’s not that bad. Check in was smooth. They have a 24 hour desk which was important because our flight came in 200am. The pictures online match the hotel/room. When we arrived, there was no hot water, when they turned on the water it was scalding hot, but that was better than cold. In the shower, the water wasn’t going down fast enough, so the water would fill the shower bottom and flow over the ledge onto the bathroom floor. There was no internet on the TV for streaming (YouTube only) and I had to keep calling to have them connect it. The good thing is when you call for assistance, they respond right away which is a plus. Hopefully, they correct these minor issues. The other plus’s were the amount of electric outlets in the room. The restaurant inside the hotel that has breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ordered room service and it was good. There’s also a guy who makes suits in the lobby and he can exchange currency for you as well. The rate was not a huge difference from off the Street which was a plus. The gym is next to the pool and is great for cardio & weights. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked inviting. If you need to get to the action, they can call a taxi for you. The TUK TUK service they offered is good if you want to go about 10 minutes down the road. It’s a 1 minute walk to 711 and other local foods. Overall, it was a good stay and I would return.
