Vi har boet her flere gange, men denne gang var det desværre skuffende. Roof top baren var lukket og det samme var pool baren. Poolen var åben men der flyd med blade og andet affald. Nærmest Simon de havde givet op. Det var ret sørgeligt at se.

Flot hotel
Et rigtig godt hotel, men en for os god beliggenhed. Fin modtagelse, dog kunne vi godt have brugt en kold klud og noget koldt at drikke ved ankomsten, som vi som oftes får ved ankomst. Fint værelse, dog uden nogleformer for hyldeplads til tøjet, kun skab til at hænge tøj i, dybt underligt. Morgenmaden var fantastisk, en af de bedste morgemad buffet vi har fået igennem 10 år og mere end 20 hoteller i Thailand, helt fantastisk.

Had 4 nights ind the hotel. Nice staff. The room was very oddly spaced with toilet not part of the bath, strange light settings and switches. There was not anything to see to the east side from 19 floor. Maybe it is better from the other side. There were a nice pool area and rooftop bar. Clean room and very new.

Vi kommer helt bestemt igen!!!
Super lækkert hotel, nyt og meget smagfuldt. Vi blev opgraderet til et større værelse, lækkert badeværelse, gode senge. Eneste minus ved værelset var en lidt larmende aircondition. Ligger meget centralt ift. BTS/skytrain station, hvilket giver mange muligheder for nemt, hurtigt og billigt at komme rundt i byen. Fantastisk skybar på 25. sal med en formidabel udsigt over byen. Meget lækker morgenmadsbuffet med alt.

Great hotel, noisy clima control
The aircondition in the rooms were very noisy. We had to switch them off to sleep. This caused that the temperature increased. Thus it got very difficult to sleep. In general: very comfortable bed, great service, great breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.

Our experience at Novotel was highly disappointing. The customer service was subpar, and we won't be returning or recommending it to anyone. Despite booking a two-night stay along with our friends, we were charged a deposit four times higher than theirs - $8000 baht compared to their $2000 baht deposit. When we politely inquired about the discrepancy, the staff was rude and dismissive. They told us not to worry about the larger deposit since we would get it back if there was no damage to the room. Even when considering adding breakfast to our reservation, we were quoted different rates than our friends who had just done the same. The entire stay was uncomfortable, with the night staff displaying unprofessional behavior. It's clear that it's an acceptable practice for them to profile guests and charge deposits accordingly. While we did eventually receive our deposit back, the whole ordeal left us feeling uneasy about the hotel's practices and treatment of guests.

Deviations from this policy should be clearly communicated to guests.Please note that the receptionist, who checked you in, got confused by the additional charges for your early check-in and the fact that several rooms were under the same party. We are committed to improving our team’s performance and their understanding of our deposit procedures. Rest assured, we will address this internally to prevent similar incidents in the future.We also would like to apologize for not clearly explaining our breakfast rate policies. We do offer discounted, fully prepaid rates upon check-in. If these rates are not secured at that time, our standard walk-in rate applies at the restaurant.Once again, we are sorry if you felt uncomfortable during your stay. Hotellet börjar bli ganska slitet och städningen i hörnen behöver bli bättre. Har bott här många gånger sen det öppnade för att det var rent och fräscht. Det ligger bra till och är fortfarande ganska prisvärt men letar nog efter ett nyare hotell till nästa resa.

Sehr gutes Stadthotel in top Lage bei mehreren großen Malls. Viele gute Essensmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. 7/11 ist 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Zimmer haben eine gute Größe, sind mittlerweile aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schmälert den insgesamt guten Eindruck aber nur minimal. Der Infinitypool und die skybar sind absolut zu empfehlen, ebenfalls das sehr gute Frühstück mit einer reichhaltigen Auswahl. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, danke für den schönen Aufenthalt 🙏
