Layover
Stayed here for a layover, after arriving late at the airport. Its about 20-30 min from the airport depending on traffic. I choose this hotel because the reviews mentioned a good restaurant that closed at 10 pm. and the restaurant was good.

Hotellet ligger tæt på lufthavnen. Reserverede et værelse med queensize-seng, men fik et værelse med to senge. Hotellet var også i gang med renovation, så der lugtede af maling.

Godt til prisen
Hotellet ligger 20 minutter fra lufhavnen og det koster kun ca. 200 Bath at komme derud i en lokal taxa. Hvis man som jeg blot skulle sove der en enkelt nat inden flyrejsen hjem var det et godt og gedignt hotel med fine muligheder for at spise, svømme, gå i fitness eller få en god gang massage.

Tæt på lufthavnen og alligevel tæt på byen
Vi skulle blot have en enkelt overnatning inden flyrejse fra Bangkok. Hotellet ligger tæt på shopping muligheder så der var rigeligt at tage sig til. Hvis man finder restauranternes priser for høje ligger der en tankstation med bistro 100 m fra hotellet. Rigtig sødt personale og samlet set great value for money.

The most appealing thing about your hotel is the staff before arriving at your hotel i had all my money and cards stolen in Amman Jordan when the staff at the hotel became aware of my situation the staff couldnt have been more helpfull from the manager to the porter out the front of the hotel .Especially Salfee the porter who delivered me to the shopping centre to collect emergency money from Western Union upon leaving his vechile he gave me some cash which i didnt think i would need however i could not find the bank and had to get a taxi back to the hotel with Salfees money the next day he came on his day off with his wife and child and took me in his own car to the shopping centre to find the bank even he had trouble finding it so by myself i didnt have a hope of finding the bank others who helped me were the girl at recption who spoke very good English the man in charge of the dining room who gave me a free meal when i still had no money and of course the manager so you can see why i can not speak highly enough of the staff at the hotel i have paid backSalfee the money he lent me with interest and told him he must learn english and he will go a long way with the attitude towards his work and customers he has thanks for everthing Kenneth Ballantyne

The staff were excellent and room comfortable. We were disappointed with pool and outside facilities as looked dirty and unused. Breakfast was not as fresh or as much variety as other novotels we have been to but again.the staff were excellent . Must Try Harder
Staff are friendly enough but yhe hotel is dreadfully tired. Rooms are dated and in need of some serious attention, food was at best average and the prices a bit steep for what you are getting.
