Not worth the money if you take into account that the room costs DKK 2,200 for one night for two people without breakfast. Good thing the price right now is approx. DKK 700. I stayed in the "old part" of the hotel, and had a Deluxe room with a balcony and lake view. The view was nothing to complain about, but the noise from the surrounding air conditioning systems was unbearable, and made me not want to stay on the balcony.
The hotel room had the appearance of being worn, but still usable, there were no bedside lamps, so when the light had to be turned on, it was a harsh and cold ceiling light that was turned on - not particularly cozy. Air conditioning was under all criticism. There was a sickening smell of dampness in the room, and the aircon made a terrible noise. it was not possible to turn it down to a tolerable level. It is a wonder to me that you have to pay so much money for such poor quality. DKk 2200 (700) per night, and there are not even bedside lamps.
There was a nice breakfast at the hotel, a large selection and a chef who prepared various. eggs and omelettes to your liking. Super delicious. However, I must say again that I don't think the hotel wants you to spend too much time and eat too much food, because even here the air conditioning was running at full blast, and you sat surrounded by icy cold air. It's not right. So remember to wear good clothes when you have breakfast.
The hotel itself has a nice location, and free shuttle "Tuk tuk" back and forth to
