Krydstogter i Banff

"Perfekt beliggenhed. Fine værelser og god parkering. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Morgenmaden kunne være lidt bedre"

"Spotless room. Hot tub was perfect. Breakfast was great and the staff was more than helpful. Parking was the only negative. Very limited on site parking and no clear map was provided for where it’s legal to park on the street."

"We had 25 degrees in the room all night, and were not able to get the temperature down. The next day I confronted the front desk, who could tell that their air conditioning was off at this time of year. We had 2 terrible nights, without much sleep"

"Very good"

"The hotel was clean, great location, with friendly staff. The hot tub was closed all week for maintenance. The toilet leaked and filled every 10 minutes and maintenance didn’t fix it before I left. The bed was fairly saggy and the ventilation was very loud and could not be turned off so I slept very poorly each night. There was no hot water on the 3rd morning in the shower. I asked for more coffee pods after the first morning and they didn’t bring them. When I put the sign on the door for light...

"Personale - lokation - parkering. Lækkert hotel"

"This hotel is under renovation, so there is no lobby and no dining available in the evening. The hot tub wasn’t clean and didn’t work and mineral pool was dirty. The room itself was nice and clean however our last day there I went to the little gym and water started gushing through the ceiling. I had to run and tell the staff. The entire hotel was then without water for hours so no showers or flushing toilets I would not stay here until renovations are complete. Expedia - the refund for the...

"Very easy check in process. Underground parkade is convenient."

"Nice and fairly new hotel in walking distance to main city."
