"We’ve stayed in 100s of hotels and Kempinski has been one of the very best! We stayed in a very big and nice room with the most amazing view overlooking the mountains and the piste right below us. We’ve also enjoyed the spa facilities at the hotel, which we also liked very much! Staff were very friendly, especially the guy who checked us in and the guy (Antonio) who checked us out. We’re definitely coming back in the future!"

"Great place with focus on service and quality. We had a good time. However the biggest challenge is Bansko it self which at this time of year has a constant smog form the use of coal in the city. "Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. "Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down...
