"Lovely cottage, very well equipped (kitchen especially!). Great lake for swimming with shallow sandy entry but swimming platform in the deeper water, which our kids appreciated. We really enjoyed our week."

"Only the main house is usable, the shed (a separate room with a double and bunk beds) smells like a subtropical forest has grown inside. The main house it's okay for the price, nothing fancy, good for three people, washroom kitchen and two rooms. The TV needs and upgrade, they have a 25 years old 20 inches LG Tv (probably the first smart tv ever) apps wont work anymore, even youtube is almost unusable ( the 5mbps wifi conection wont help as well). Overall won't stay there for more than a couple...

"Very nice little cabin set among tall pine trees. Great home base for people taking the whitewater courses at Paddler’s Co-op in Palmer Rapids. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook. All is very clean and works well. The hosts live on the farm and have very nice eggs for sale. We bought some and promptly forgot them in the fridge, of course. :-) For the athletes, road cycling in this area would be awesome. Great surfaces and wide shoulders. I am thinking of doing some...

"The property itself was nice and overall good, but we had a major issue with the hot water during our stay. When we contacted the host, we were told a plumber couldn't come for a couple of days and nothing could be done. To make matters worse, when we requested a concession for the severe inconvenience, the host ignored our calls and completely denied any refund."
