"Ramon's homestay is a great place to stay in Batad. The rooms are rustic with that provides basic needs for a homestay. You're provided with million dollar views and if you get to meet Mang Ramon, you are in for a treat as his hospitality is that "home" feel that you are looking for."

"We ordered two nights here, but stayed only one. We had a small room with bunkbeds. It was very cold in the evening and night and we only got some thin, synthetic blankets with no cover. Very low standard of clinliness. The hostess had a little boy, who was left alone most of the time, spilling milk and peeing on the floor, and it was not cleaned."

"The house was clean and kitchen had good equipment, though I did not use much of them. It is a simple residence and staff/owners accommodates with accessories like towels if you ask.
I took advantage of the touring assistance, which was handled, working through travel time extensions due to more recent typhoons that hit the area late in the season."

"We felt very welcome here. At arrival we were offered a nice cup of cofee and a good talk. Fine clean room with good beds. Nice sitting room with open fireplace. We ordered breakfast next morning and it was very good. Only thing we did not like was that the room was rather cold in the evening and night. "

"Staff was the best. Accommodations were ok. I booked a chalet with 5 rooms with 5 bathrooms. Although we had enough rooms to fit all of us, we wanted to be in the same unit. "
