"This was way overpriced student accommodation. All the common areas were dirty. There were even people sleeping overnight on couches in the lounge area (yes like a homeless shelter.) The room was run down and very very hot with no available fans or bottled water to buy on site."

If you’re looking for the Ritz, it’s probably wrong for you. This is normally student accommodation and so is way better than a hostel while not being a hotel.
