"There are multiple rooms available to sleep in. All have sheets and other linens and towels for shower and beach. I do reccomens when you get there to turn the AC on and let it run for a while, go and explore. It took an entire day for the downstairs to be cool enough to sleep. "Am besten nicht über Expedia buchen, da der Inhaber die Unterkunft hier nicht selber angeboten hat. Der Inhaber war aber sehr freundlich und hat uns trotzdem übernachten lassen. Auch die anderen (Langzeit-) Bewohner waren super freundlich und offen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend und sauber. Der Weg zum Strand dauert ca. 20 Minuten. "

"We booked this house for a family trip with 6 adults and 2 small kids and it was perfect. We had plenty of room for everyone, and lots of extras were provided…beach chairs and mats,towels, and sand toys. There were goggles for the pool and sunscreen and mosquito prevention. It’s a bit tricky to get to, because it’s up pretty high, but the view is awesome. The host, Jens, was very responsive to any questions we had. We love the area of Ojochal/ Uvita so this was perfect. "The house was very clean and quite comfortable. The kitchen needs additional basic cooking utensils. If you plan on eating out for your entire stay it won’t be an issue. Gourmet cooks will feel extremely frustrated and challenged."

"Excellent new home, very reasonably priced, close to Uvita center and not difficult to reach from the main highway. Large, stylishly furnished, all new, huge pool, covered outdoor space, big kitchen, and nestled into the landscaped grounds and jungle perfectly. Beautiful. it's a no-brainer this one. Will be back. "
