I would be a little hesitant to stay here with small children since the second bedroom/bathroom is not accessible from the main house. "There are multiple rooms available to sleep in. All have sheets and other linens and towels for shower and beach. I do reccomens when you get there to turn the AC on and let it run for a while, go and explore. It took an entire day for the downstairs to be cool enough to sleep. The upstairs smaller room seems to cool down the fastest. There are small dogs that roam over from next door. Some bark and some are very friendly, so just a heads up if you're not an animal person.
