"Positives- Clean, spacious, older building, easy selfcheckin, perfectly placed short stroll to train station and main road/eateries, plenty of milk for cuppas. Negatives - thin walls and floors so can hear adjacent people, television could not pick up signal at all, secondary wotif messaging service did not work, there's a cutoff timer for the spa so you can't use it after 8pm."

"I didn't realise we were staying in a brand new little townhouse! It was great. Only negatives: 1. Wifi was really weak. 2. The dishwasher didn't work. We called the 24hr hotline (there'sno receptio), a bit after lunch on a Monday, they couldn't send someone to inspect until the next day. So, the 24hr service is for taking messages, not for repairing faults."
