"Initially, when we arrived, the property looked unkempt. The “grass” had not been mowed. The front door jam (metal part) was pulling away from the base, which could have been a hazard to a younger child. When we walked in, the house smelled like sewer…BAD! We went and purchased some plug ins to help. The host was quick to respond and came over and flushed the system. It took awhile to get the smell out of the house. "The location was fantastic. We walked to David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium for a football game. The place is perfect for 2 people, anymore than that might be a bit tight. Prompt communication throughout our stay."
